24 Feb Align Body & Mind Yoga Flow
This short yoga flow is designed to bring your Body and Mind back into alignment, coming back into the present moment, which is the space where we are always our highest and happiest creator self. 💕😇
We will be using our breath as the tool and the focused attention of our alignment throughout our body as we move through each pose. We become aware of our connection with our breath our body and our mind which connects us back to Now. 💗
