As we pay close attention to the breath in each posture we begin to notice where we are holding onto resistance. By observation we can notice if this is purely tight muscles or unconscious energy blockages we have created in the mind or holding in the body.
When we surrender to what is revealed we can consciously choose to give permission to let go of all that no longer serves. We create space to welcome in new positive energy and new experiences in our lifestream.🌞
Our breath is the best tool to stay present. This present moment is all there is and all there ever will be.💗
