This is a whole body high intensity fitness Workout, Whole Body Workout. Improve your fitness, strength and stamina. No weights needed and no repeats.
🌟 40 seconds on 20 seconds recovery, 3 rounds with 6 exercises per round. Modify or rest if you need too, grab some water, a towel and ‘Enjoy’💪.
A total fitness bodyweight workout. Burn body fat, sculpt and tone as we target all major muscle groups throughout.
Practiced regularly along with my other similar style classes to improve overall strength, fitness, body shape, health and wellbeing.💜
